Rub chicken thighs all over in P3, pan sear the thighs in real butter a cast iron pan until GBD (chef talk for “golden brown & delicious”)

Flip thighs. Transfer the whole pan to a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven. Let the thighs rest in the hot pan for 10 minutes. As the thighs rest, they’ll release delicious P3 chicken juices into the pan.

Remove the thighs from the pan, then whisk in 2 TBSP of unsalted butter. Whisk until the butter is fully incorporated.
